Where we work

The Reframe

One hire can't do what a coordinated team does.

You post a marketing job. The strongest candidate is a great strategist but a weak designer. The next runs paid media but has never built a brand. Whoever you pick, you're betting the whole function on one person's blind spots — and then hiring around them for another six figures.

Latinovation replaces the hire and the team. Strategy, design, digital, and execution report to one senior director who owns the outcome. Nothing gets lost in the handoff between the person who planned it and the people who build it, because they sit on the same side of the table.

You get the coordination of a full in-house department for the cost of a single retainer. No recruiting cycle, no ramp-up, no single point of failure.

Don't hire a marketing department one salary at a time.
Hire the department.

Why We Built This

Marketing shouldn't be a luxury only big budgets can afford.

I spent nineteen years inside the machine. I started at GE Healthcare running FDA-regulated operations. At Procter & Gamble I rose to Brand Director and led the Pampers U.S. Hispanic business, which took the ANA Multicultural Excellence Grand Prize, and I directed "Thank You, Mom" for the Rio 2016 Olympics. At Grey I built the agency's performance media and social listening practice for UPMC, Pfizer, Pantene, and Gillette.

Then I went to work for organizations that had none of that budget. As CMO of Gulfshore Playhouse I exceeded season ticket goals in a down COVID market while cutting what it cost us to reach each buyer to a fraction of where we started. As VP of Marketing for the Greater Naples Chamber I repositioned the organization and helped hundreds of member businesses stay open through the shutdown.

That stretch is why this company exists. The thinking that moves one of the world's largest brands works just as well on a $2 million one. It simply isn't available to them, and there's no good reason for that.

So we built the thing that makes it available. Senior specialists assembled into a standing team, embedded inside the client's operation, capped at two to four clients each so nobody's work gets thin. I still lead strategy and final recommendations on every engagement personally.

I also teach AI-Powered Marketing at Florida Gulf Coast University and hold a post-graduate AI certification from Columbia, which is the honest version of the "we use AI" line every agency is running this year.

Human decides · AI accelerates

How We Work

Method, not improvisation.

Every campaign we build runs through the same nine-stage method, from audience research and insight through positioning, the creative brief, the big idea, channel tactics, and measurement. It's the reason six people produce what they produce, and the reason the quality doesn't depend on who happens to be free that week.

AI runs the parts of the work that eat hours and require no judgment: research, first drafts, variant generation, reporting pulls. It decides nothing. Every asset carries the name of the senior specialist who reviewed it, and we'll tell you whose.

Campaign-in-a-Box

The nine-stage method condensed into a kit your team can re-run without us: a two-page brief format, a channel checklist, a measurement sheet. It ships with strategic engagements, because your capability should outlive the engagement.

The Resourcing Math Standard

Every recommendation arrives with the resourcing math attached. What your existing staff can execute, what needs added capacity, and the business case for building it in-house versus handing it to us. A plan you can't staff isn't a plan.

The Operating Assistant

A secure AI workspace pre-loaded with your approved plan, messaging framework, and brand guidelines, so your team can consult the strategy and draft aligned content without calling a consultant.

Every deliverable carries a specialist's name. Every timeline, AI-accelerated.

The Team

Real people, on your side of the table.

Six specialists who've built brands, run campaigns, and shipped the work at scale, and who actually pick up the phone. This is who you get.

The Engagement

We plug in like an in-house team, because that's how we work.

Step 01 · Embed

Embed

We learn your business, your customers, and your numbers first. Within weeks we know your funnel as well as you do — where demand comes from, where it leaks, and what a win looks like.

Step 02 · Build

Build

We set the strategy and build the assets to run it: the brand, the campaigns, the site, the tracking. Our AI-augmented workflow gets first drafts done fast; our senior people make them right. You approve the plan; we produce the work — no scope surprises, no waiting on a freelancer bench.

Step 03 · Run

Run

We execute, measure, and adjust every week. You get one director accountable for the outcome and a monthly report that ties spend to revenue, not vanity metrics.

Nonprofit Performing Arts

From 30,000 people to 1.5 million.

Latinovation rebuilt Gulfshore Opera's brand and marketing operation from the ground up — brand system, season campaigns, website, social, print, and email. Reach grew from 30,000 to 1.5 million people across the region. Ticket sales hit record highs in 2026, with five sold-out shows for the first time in 14 years, and the organization secured additional local government grants to support marketing.

Before: No in-house marketing function, a season campaign rebuilt from scratch each year, and no line connecting a mailing to a seat sold.

Multi-Location Home Services

Leads up 50%, and under budget.

We run the full marketing plan across all eleven locations — organic and paid social, digital, TV, and print — plus the analytics and tracking architecture underneath. Every dollar reports to booked revenue rather than clicks. We also built and deployed a custom AI chatbot on the site, so customers get answers at 11pm and the showroom team fields fewer repeat calls.

Before: Media split across channels with no shared reporting, so nobody could say which dollar produced which booking.

eCommerce

We inherited an account facing suspension.

We restructured it for compliance, rebuilt the storefront and A+ content, and put real discipline behind the PPC. It's a growth engine now, and it got there without adding a single person to their team.

In Their Words

Clients who stopped shopping for a marketing hire.

Our Amazon store wasn't growing, and honestly, we weren't sure it was worth the trouble. Latinovation rebuilt it. High-quality content, a real PPC strategy. In two years, revenue has grown more than 50% with better margins, without adding a single person to our team. They don't guess. Every month we see the numbers, and every decision comes from them.

Questions we get

The things worth asking before you commit.

Where is the team based?

Latinovation is a Florida company headquartered in Naples. Our specialists are elite Latin American professionals working one time zone from Eastern, on your hours, in fluent English, on your calls. They're a standing team with defined roles and shared standards, not contractors we assemble per project. The cost structure is genuinely different from a US-only agency, and we pass that difference to you rather than keep it. We'd rather tell you outright than have you work it out from our surnames.

What does the name mean?

Latin is the foundation: the team, the talent, the origin. Ovation is the outcome: recognition, applause, work worth standing up for. Both halves are in the logo, in two different colors, on purpose.

We already have someone in-house. Does this still work?

Often better. When there's an internal marketing lead, we become the team they've never had, and they keep ownership of the relationship with the rest of your business. We agree on who decides what in week one.

Who actually does the work?

The people on this page. No junior bench, no subcontractor you haven't met, no account manager standing between you and the person who made the thing. Every deliverable has a specialist's name on it.

How many other clients are they carrying?

Two to four. That's a ceiling, not an average. We hold it because a team carrying eight accounts can't develop real ownership of any of them.

What's the contract?

Month to month, 30 days' notice. We'd rather earn the next month than enforce the last one.

Do you use AI?

On research, first drafts, variants, and reporting. Never on decisions. Alejandro holds a post-graduate AI certification from Columbia and teaches AI-Powered Marketing at Florida Gulf Coast University, and on strategic engagements we hand you a secure AI workspace pre-loaded with your own plan and brand guidelines so your team can use it without us.

What if it isn't working?

Tell us on the monthly call and we'll change it. If it still isn't working, give 30 days' notice. You keep the audit, the brand files, the ad accounts, and the site.
